2. Services

We provide various on-demand services, including but not limited to house cleaning, moving help, landscaping, general labor, window cleaning, painting, security, handyman tasks, and furniture assembly. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your location and scheduling.

3. Bookings and Payments

All service bookings must be made through our website. Pricing is calculated based on the service selected, the number of workers requested, and the estimated duration of the job. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for services that have already been performed.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the service location is safe, accessible, and suitable for the requested work. Any special instructions must be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Failure to provide a safe work environment may result in cancellation of service without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
